Compensation/Accounting Operations Analyst

Duties:

• This is a long term project with potential for extension or conversion based on attendance, performance and availability of an FTE opening.
• Only local candidates will be considered. The role requires working onsite 3-4 days per week depending on project needs.

• This position is more Mid-Senior level and candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of corporate experience associated with the following

• Experience with Varicent, Workday and ThoughtSpot are a huge plus
• Accounting experience required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult with internal and external clients and vendors to identify project needs, gaps, and timelines.
• Arrange stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities.
• Execute assigned tasks and ensure team accountability to support overall project plans.
• Prepare project deliverables using a variety of software, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet, to create PowerPoints, videos, and reports.
• Support SIT, UAT, and PAR testing for assigned workstreams.
• Contribute to Deployment and Operational Readiness activities.

• Proficiency in complex math equations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.

• Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to execute communication and project plans effectively.
• Experience drafting business requirement documents and leading requirement gathering.
• Self-motivated with ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with global stakeholder engagement.
