• Job Description
• TSR is seeking an OTC Collections Analyst to join our client's team in Louisville, KY. This role will support a large advertising portfolio and will be responsible for collections outreach, discrepancy management, financial analysis, and reporting.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, or Billing, along with strong Excel and analytical skills. Candidates who have worked in large enterprise environments and are comfortable managing high volumes of financial data will be especially successful.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for a large portfolio of advertising accounts and agencies.
• Perform collection outreach and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve invoice and account discrepancies.
• Analyze large volumes of invoices, line items, financial data, KPIs, and metrics.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and charts.
• Partner with internal teams and different business sites to resolve billing and collection issues.
• Review and analyze station-level and advertising-level invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support process improvements and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team managing a high-volume portfolio.
• Qualifications
• 0–3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, Billing, or a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data.
• Ability to adapt to changing business processes and organizational transformation.
• Strong teamwork, work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/financial systems.
• Prior Collections or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience working in the media or advertising industry.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience working within a large enterprise organization.

• Work Schedule
• Current Schedule: Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Beginning of September: Transitioning to 5 days/week onsite.
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Louisville, KY 40223
