• Position Summar
• yWe are seeking a highly analytical Cocoa FP&A Analyst to support the cocoa procurement organization through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering. This role serves as a critical link between Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and financial integrity across cocoa contracts, pricing, hedging activities, and inventory flows
• .The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and the ability to translate complex commodity and procurement data into actionable financial insights
• .Key Responsibilitie
• sFinancial Analysis & Reportin
• gAnalyze cocoa raw material costs, including futures, differentials, premiums, freight, sustainability premiums, and related cost components
• .Prepare and explain Purchase Price Variance (PPV), cost evolution, and variances against forecast, budget, and standard costs
• .Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• .Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
• .Forecasting & Plannin
• gSupport short- and mid-term cocoa cost forecasting processes
• .Maintain and update forecasting assumptions based on market and operational inputs
• .Assist with annual planning cycles, budgeting, and standard cost-setting activities
• .Lead recurring forecast updates for management and executive review meetings
• .Required Qualification
• sBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• .Minimum 5 years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, Commercial Finance, or Procurement Finance experience
• .Strong experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• .Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and large dataset analysis
• .Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• .Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
