- Cloud Operations Analyst – F-1 OPT / STEM OPT

- We are seeking a Cloud Operations Analyst to support cloud infrastructure, monitoring, data operations, and technology initiatives across cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and a strong interest in cloud technologies and IT operations.
- Monitor cloud environments and identify operational issues.
- Support cloud infrastructure and application operations.
- Work with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization.
- Assist with cloud deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
- Support cloud security, access management, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data, and IT teams.
- Document cloud processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve cloud performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Assist with automation and routine cloud operations.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of networking, databases, operating systems, and cloud fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Linux and SQL is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python or scripting is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
