Genesis10 is currently seeking a Cloud Data Engineer - Hybrid for an 18+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Tysons, VA.

This role will support the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-based data platforms for a Cyber Threat Operations Center (CTOC). This position combines hands-on engineering with subject matter specialization in cloud data storage, data modeling, and data structure design to enable effective cyber threat detection, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Engineering deliverables
• Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables
• Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Engineering

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience in Cloud Data Storage and Data Engineering across Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments
• Solid communication skills

Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour
