CLM Application Analyst

We are hiring for a 12-month remote role. Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

• This position oversees and provides the analytical and technical expertise required to support the coordination, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and related processes within the Legal Operations function. The position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day system functionality, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting ongoing maintenance of the CLM platform in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Microsoft C#, SQL, and other Microsoft technology stack development experience
• Power BI and analytics/reporting tools
• Role and Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Develop ad hoc reports and dashboards to support Legal Operations
• Utilize Icertis or a similar CLM platform to support system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
• Support software improvement initiatives and implementation projects
• Collaborate with Legal Operations and cross-functional teams to improve contract processes and reporting
• Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and related tools
• Support programming and system enhancements using Microsoft technologies, including C# and SQL
• Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
• Icertis configuration and development experience is preferred
• Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus
• Qualifications:
• Experience with the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform; configuration and development experience preferred
• Project management experience using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong track record of project management and process optimization
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
• Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
