  • This engagement offers the opportunity to shape high-impact healthcare analytics products at the intersection of payer operations, data, and decision-making. You will work in a highly visible, client-facing role, influencing how analytics and BI are designed, governed, and adopted across complex healthcare programmes.

The business partners closely with clients to modernise analytics, improve decision-making, and embed insight into everyday operations. Their work spans strategy, analytics product design, and delivery at scale across regulated industries.
  • The Role and Deliverables
  • Lead discovery and design workshops with healthcare payer stakeholders to define analytics needs and priorities.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytics products, including KPI definitions, dashboard concepts, wireframes, and delivery-ready requirements.
  • Shape BI and analytics solutions that support utilisation management, care management, behavioural health, and clinical operations decision-making.
  • Provide clear design direction and business context to BI developers and offshore delivery teams.
  • Validate metrics, data logic, cohorts, and dashboard usability to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
  • Support stakeholder reviews, UAT, and adoption by ensuring analytics outputs answer the right business questions.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in healthcare payer analytics, BI, analytics product management, or consulting delivery.
  • Proven understanding of Databricks and DAX.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage confidently with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytics and BI design judgement, including KPI hierarchies, dashboard storytelling, and semantic or insight-layer concepts.
  • Technical fluency with Power BI, SQL, data models, and metric validation, with credibility alongside engineering teams.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams and guiding build through clear requirements and validation.
