  • Natural Behavioral Solutions is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-clinic role at our Martinez location. We are seeking a collaborative and experienced BCBA with strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior assessment, treatment planning, RBT supervision, parent training, and clinical documentation. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys hands-on clinical work, staff mentorship, social-emotional skill development, assent-based ABA, and supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities in a structured clinic setting.
  • Duties
  • Conduct assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, skill acquisition programs, and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and real-time coaching to RBTs
  • Support clients with communication delays, sensory needs, social-emotional needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data
  • Modify programs based on client progress and treatment needs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, clinical leadership, and team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA requirements
  • Participate in clinical trainings, case consultation, and professional development
  • Requirements
  • Available to work in-person Monday - Friday 10am-6pm in Martinez.
  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education practices.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical practice
  • Experience with behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programming
  • Experience supporting clients with communication delays, sensory needs, or challenging behaviors preferred
  • Interest in assent-based, trauma-informed, and social-emotional approaches preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and staff mentorship skills
  • Ability to commute to Martinez, CA
