Clinical Data Analyst

At ModifyHealth, we’re building clinical systems that actually work—for patients, providers, and the business. We’re looking for a Clinical Data Analyst who can turn complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that improve patient outcomes, optimize provider efficiency, and protect revenue.

The Mission:

This is not a reporting-only role. You’ll sit at the center of Clinical Operations and work across our EHR (Healthie), CRM, and operational workflows to identify gaps—such as no-shows, missed follow-ups, and billing leakage—and help solve them.

What You’ll Do:

• Dashboards: Build and maintain visibility into no-show rates, visit completion, provider utilization, and billing/reimbursement visibility.
• Workflow Analysis: Analyze clinical workflows to identify operational inefficiencies.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep dives into patient engagement and retention trends.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into actionable moves tied to measurable outcomes.
• Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency across Healthie, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Partnership: Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations and Engineering to resolve system and data issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, healthtech, or clinical operations.
• Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with EHR or clinical data systems (Healthie experience is a major plus).
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Perks:

• $80,000–$95,000 base salary (flexible based on experience).
