• Job Summary:
• Client is seeking a Clinical Operations Informatics Specialist to support clinical workflow improvement, EHR data analysis, reporting, validation, and healthcare operations. This role acts as a bridge between medical staff, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, and data teams to improve clinical processes and decision-making.
• Required Skills:
• • 5+ years of experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• • Experience extracting and analyzing clinical data from EHR systems
• • Experience structuring medical data from unstructured clinical documentation
• • Knowledge of medical terminologies and healthcare data standards
• • Experience validating EHR data and ensuring data accuracy
• • Experience documenting clinical workflows and EHR processes
• • Ability to translate clinical questions into data analysis and reporting
• • Strong communication skills with medical staff, clinicians, and leadership
• • Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environments
• Preferred Skills:
• • Clinical background (Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, etc.)
• • Experience with correctional healthcare or institutional healthcare settings
• • Experience supporting EHR implementations and workflow standardization
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Document and improve clinical workflows
• • Extract, analyze, validate, and report clinical data from EHR systems
• • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for healthcare leadership
• • Validate EHR updates and system changes from an end-user perspective
• • Provide EHR-related support to medical staff
• • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams
