ClinDoc/Orders Analyst

Role Description: Health Data Movers (HDM) is looking for an experienced ClinDoc/Orders Analyst to support build, configuration, and optimization of Epic's Clinical Documentation and Orders modules for our healthcare clients, from design through go-live and post-live support.

• What You'll Do
• Design, build, and test ClinDoc workflows (flowsheets, navigators, documentation templates) and Orders build (order sets, order panels, preference lists)
• Partner with clinical and physician stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build
• Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting documentation and ordering workflow issues in real time
• Maintain build documentation and adhere to client change control processes

• Required Experience
• 2+ years of experience building and supporting Epic ClinDoc and/or Orders
• Epic certification in ClinDoc, Orders (Ambulatory or Inpatient), or both (current or eligible for recertification)
• Experience with flowsheets, navigators, SmartTools, order sets, and preference lists
• Strong communication skills for working with clinical/physician end users and IT teams
• Preferred Experience
• Dual certification in both ClinDoc and Orders
• Additional Epic certifications (Willow, Cadence, ASAP, etc.)
• Prior clinical background (RN, physician, pharmacy, etc.)
• Experience with multiple go-lives or multi-site rollouts
