Job Title: Client Support Analyst with Accounting and fixed Income Knowledge

• Location: Princeton, NJ (100% onsite from day 1)
• Duration: Long Term Contract

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Support Analyst (CSA) with strong domain expertise in Fixed Income, Investment Accounting, and Reference Master Data. This client-facing role is responsible for supporting daily operational workflows, resolving functional/technical product support queries, and acting as a bridge between end-clients, operations teams, and product engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for daily client queries regarding fixed income products and investment management workflows.
• Facilitate issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and status reporting with client-facing professionalism.

Fixed Income & Accounting Operations:

• Support workflows related to Fixed Income instruments (Bonds, Money Markets, Fixed Income Derivatives).
• Analyze and support Investment Book of Record (IBOR) data flows, accounting entries, trade processing, and valuation routines.
• Investigate discrepancies in Reference Master Data (Security Master, Party Master, Pricing, and Corporate Actions).

Product Support & Functional Analysis:

• Partner with Product Engineering (EIS) teams to analyze system behavior, perform root-cause analysis on technical/data issues, and test fixes/enhancements.
• Document operational requirements, functional specifications, and client-reported issues to ensure streamlined support tracking.

• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 8–10 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets technology support.

Domain Expertise:

• Deep understanding of Fixed Income Products (Bonds, Treasury Bills, Corporate/Government Debt).
• Strong knowledge of Investment Book of Record (IBOR) concepts and investment accounting fundamentals.
• Experience with Enterprise Reference Master Data (Security Master setup, pricing feeds, data governance).

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Proven experience in Business Analysis and Product Support within software/capital markets platforms.
• Proficiency in querying databases (SQL) and analyzing financial datasets/data flows.
