Client Support Analyst

As Client Support Analyst at Andrew Davidson & Co., Inc. (AD&Co), you will be critical to maintaining valuable relationships with clients and prospects. You will communicate directly with our clientele—providing superior analytical expertise and product knowledge to tackle any of our client's questions.

You will work closely with our modelers, financial engineers, and software developers to deliver and support financial models and applications. You will also work with our business development team to support the sales process and manage existing accounts.

In our non-hierarchical organization, led by teams rather than managers, you'll find many opportunities to grow with support from our strong infrastructure and deep industry knowledge base.

• As a Client Support Analyst, you will help our clients succeed at their goals. You will have the opportunity to:
• Provide quality and timely support to 100+ clients, prospects, and vendor partners via email and phone in a professional, courteous, and accurate manner.
• Diagnose, resolve, and escalate client issues for resolution; think critically and creatively about alternative solutions if a direct feature or workflow is not readily available.
• Apply analytical skills to address highly technical questions regarding modeling methodologies, applications, and analytics.
• Distribute software to clients and prospects, assist in deploying predictive models and applications, and conduct live demonstrations of products.
• Maintain accounts and resource permissions via an internal contact management (CRM) database.
• Understand and effectively communicate complex issues to cross-functional internal teams and turn client interactions into business and product development strategies.
• Identify areas of improvement in current processes and general functionality of the Client Support team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideally, you have a bachelor’s or master's degree in economics, finance, or mathematics. Other areas of study that are closely related will be considered if candidate has demonstrated an interest and experience in product and client support.
• You have at least 1-2 years' work experience in finance, banking, mortgage origination, or related fields.
• You have demonstrated robust academic performance or work experience, especially in quantitative areas, and the ability to grasp complex financial/analytical concepts.
• You are motivated by client success, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to continuously learn and grow with a dynamic company.
• You are hardworking, meticulous, self-motivated, and have exceptional time management skills.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You have solid computer and information technology skills. Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI is a plus.
