How You’ll Make an Impact
With your background in delivering excellent customer service, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and sales team by managing multiple projects and deliverables with care, accuracy, and a positive attitude. In this entry-level role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, internal delivery teams, and external client stakeholders to help turn campaign goals into audience solutions our clients use to achieve results.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to build a career in client services and marketing operations. You’ll receive training and support as you learn our systems, processes, and best practices—while bringing a strong customer-first mindset and attention to detail to everything you do.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Achieve
- Build foundational skills that support long-term career growth within Client Services and Marketing Operations
- Develop a growth mindset by learning new tools, processes, and ways of working
- Own and execute promotional programs from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Gather and clarify campaign requirements by partnering with Sales and internal teams to understand objectives and delivery needs
- Deliver accurate, on-time audience data and campaign assets using established verification methods (full training provided)
- Manage and maintain campaign documentation, ensuring orders, specifications, and materials are organized and up to date
- Proactively coordinate with internal teams to review forecasts, orders, documentation, and work in progress
- Build knowledge of data-driven marketing, internal systems, and evolving industry trends

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role (such as restaurants, hospitality, call centers, retail, or customer support)
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work under deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel)
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners
- A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable when priorities shift
- Curiosity and problem-solving instincts, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes

Compensation Range: USD $49,300.00 - USD $91,500.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
