- Role Description The Client Service Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, WI. In this role, you will support wealth advisors and relationship managers by assisting with client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, and service requests. You will respond to client inquiries, resolve service issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information, transactions, and reports. Daily responsibilities include preparing client meeting materials, updating client records and systems, monitoring account activities, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will also help identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, streamline service processes, and support business development efforts through high-quality client support and follow-up.
- Qualifications
- Strong client-focused capabilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial information, resolve issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Foundational understanding of Finance and wealth management concepts, with the ability to learn BMO’s products and services quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency with standard office software and financial systems; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism in all client and colleague interactions.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
