  • Overview
  • An opportunity is available for a Client Portfolio Analyst to join a growing wealth management team. This role supports portfolio management operations, advisor relationships and client onboarding while helping to deliver an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate will work closely with investment professionals and advisors to support portfolio monitoring, operational efficiency and investment solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support the growth and scalability of the wealth management business through process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with financial advisors and their teams to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with advisors and clients.
  • Monitor client investment portfolios to ensure alignment with investment objectives, market conditions and economic outlook.
  • Stay current with investment products, market developments, trading activity and economic trends.
  • Collaborate with investment professionals to develop solutions that address client investment needs.
  • Conduct research to identify and respond to client portfolio requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of investment management strategies and best practices.
  • Support the delivery of a high-quality client experience across the portfolio management process.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, including operations or customer service with direct interaction with financial advisors and clients.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licences at the time of application, or the ability to obtain both within 180 days of hire.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and customer service abilities.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience in wealth management or client portfolio management.
  • CFA designation or progress towards a recognised investment qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret investment information and market trends.
  • Experience supporting investment portfolios and client relationship management.
