Client Analyst

• Client Analyst – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
• 📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site)
• 📅 Duration: 6-12-Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Conversion
• 💲 Pay: $22-25/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Analyst to support a busy Executive Wealth Management team within a leading financial services organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build a long-term career in financial services while gaining exposure to client onboarding, operations, and wealth management support.

Ideal Candidate:

• ✔ Bachelor's degree required
• ✔ 2–5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment
• ✔ Strong client service and relationship management skills
• ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• ✔ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Additional Consideration for Candidates With:

• • Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management
• • Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms
• • Administrative, operations, or client support experience
• • SIE certification (preferred but not required)
• • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage new business opportunities and client onboarding activities
• • Maintain and track client information within Salesforce
• • Prepare, submit, and monitor new account documentation through funding
• • Support client onboarding, contracting, and account servicing requests
• • Coordinate client meetings and assist with quality control processes
• • Assist with tax season activities, including document review and e-filing support
• • Process account transfers, beneficiary updates, banking requests, and related documentation
• • Resolve client billing, contract, and account-related inquiries
• • Partner with internal teams to complete investment and operational requests
• • Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing data management efforts
• • Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
