A leading global financial services firm is seeking a bright, motivated, and client-focused Client Analyst to support a highly successful Executive Wealth Management office in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12-month on-site contract with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate — and if converted, Goldman Sachs would sponsor your Series 7 & 66 licenses directly.

Atlanta, GA (On-site) | Contract | $25/hour | 12 Months+

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the client onboarding process, managing the pipeline of new business opportunities in Salesforce
  • Prepare, submit, and track new accounts through to funding, including all required documentation for asset transfers and account service requests
  • Counsel clients through onboarding, data management, and contracting processes, and introduce clients to website features and resources
  • Monitor and resolve client billing and contract issues in a timely manner
  • Schedule client meetings and provide support for counseling quality requirements
  • Assist with tax season activities including tax return quality control, estimated payments, and e-filing
  • Prepare documents for third-party investment accounts and interface with the Data Integration team to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with internal groups on investment and operational tasks including Special Investments, Private Equity requests, Fixed Income analyses, and Client Data Management
  • Initiate and track Annual Letter Mailings and complete required client callbacks and knowledge-based authentication
  • Handle positive and negative consent client emails and exception tracking
  • Serve as a regional subject matter expert for the rollout of new policies, procedures, and initiatives from Private Wealth Management or Operations
  • Request Morningstar reports from Private Wealth Management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2–5 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment, financial services experience preferred but not required
  • Strong client service background with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Ability to think clearly and work efficiently under pressure
  • Team-focused with a collaborative, proactive attitude
  • Completion of the SIE exam is preferred but not required
  • If converted to a permanent role, Series 7 & 66 licenses will be required and fully sponsored by the firm
