Claims Operations & Data Analyst | Remote

Our client, a respected organization within the insurance industry, is seeking a Claims Operations & Data Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on analyzing claims operations, optimizing business processes, supporting technology initiatives, and leveraging data to improve operational performance and decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and technical skills with a thorough understanding of business processes, helping drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

• Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate claims-related business processes, operational workflows, and system functionality to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, process improvement, and automation.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and procedures to support operational enhancements and technology-driven initiatives.
• Monitor and assess key performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support the planning, testing, implementation, and adoption of process and system improvements.

• Qualifications & Experience
• 3 - 5+ years of analytical and reporting experience utilizing SQL, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools to extract, validate, analyze, and present actionable business insights.
• Prior experience within the property & casualty insurance industry, with knowledge of claims operations, claims systems, or claims administration platforms strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting business and technology initiatives through Agile methodologies, process/workflow documentation, cloud-based platforms, and tools used for process mapping, collaboration, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into practical solutions.

• Salary & Benefits
• $85,000 - $105,000+ annual based salary (depending on experience)
