Job Title: Manager, Corporate Risk & Insurance
Location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: 18-Month Contract
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Corporate Risk & Insurance to join the Corporate Risk team. This role is responsible for managing commercial insurance claims, providing risk management expertise, reviewing insurance contract language, and supporting enterprise insurance programs across Canada and the United States.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal business partners, insurers, brokers, adjusters, legal teams, and procurement to minimize financial exposure, improve claims outcomes, and ensure effective risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial insurance claims from initial reporting through resolution.
Handle claims across multiple insurance programs, including:
Commercial General Liability (CGL)
Automobile
Workers' Compensation
Coordinate with insurers, brokers, adjusters, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
Interpret insurance coverage and provide claims guidance to business units.
Review third-party adjuster files and monitor service quality.
Support subrogation and recovery efforts.
Review vendor, customer, and lease agreements for insurance-related clauses.
Provide insurance guidance to Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management teams.
Support insurance procurement and renewal activities.
Review corporate policies and standards related to insurance and risk management.
Provide risk management advice, insurance certificates, claims reporting, and administrative support.
Maintain strong relationships with external insurance providers and internal business partners.
Required Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in one or more of:
