Claims Data Manager

Are you a claims professional who thrives on data, analytics and uncovering the story behind the numbers?

We are partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance organization seeking a Claims Data Manager to take ownership of claims data strategy, reporting and analytics across the enterprise.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of Claims, Data and Technology, where you will play a key role in driving business decisions, improving operational performance and identifying emerging risks.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the integrity, accuracy and reporting of claims data across the organization
• Analyze claims trends, loss ratios, and exposure patterns to drive strategic insights
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting frameworks
• Clean, validate, and structure complex claims datasets for analysis and modeling
• Partner with Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance and IT teams
• Work with TPAs and internal stakeholders to improve data quality and consistency
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives
• Help leadership understand the “story behind the data” and drive decision-making

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of insurance experience with strong exposure to claims data, analytics and/or operations
• Deep understanding of claims workflows and data structures
• Experience working with TPAs or delegated authority environments preferred
• Strong technical skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
