CIAM Analyst

• Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IAM Analyst, or CIAM Analyst.
• Understanding of CIAM concepts including SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and customer registration journeys.
• Experience creating business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Ping Identity, Strivacity, Okta, Auth0, or ForgeRock.
• Knowledge of customer onboarding, identity verification, consent management, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, or Retail industries

CIAM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
• Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.

Required Skills:

• 3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
• xperience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ping Identity certifications.
• Experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive authentication
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services

CIAM Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and Strivacity platforms.
• Lead application onboarding and migration to centralized CIAM services.
• Define authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, and passwordless access strategies.
• Integrate applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business, security, and development teams to gather requirements and define target architectures.
• Establish customer identity governance, access policies, and compliance controls.
• Support CIAM platform configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Develop onboarding standards, architecture patterns, and implementation best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during solution design, testing, and production deployment.
• Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Ping Identity, Strivacity, or similar CIAM platforms.
• Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, MFA, federation, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating web, mobile, and API-based applications with CIAM solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, API security, and identity governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution architecture skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of customer onboarding, KYC, and digital identity verification processes.
• Relevant CIAM or identity certifications.
