Change Management Analyst -- Must be local to Richmond, VA 23219

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office. Support processing of MES O&M requests/deliverables.
• There are literally hundred's of deliverables and this resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans. This is NOT an Admin role!
• Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner; these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.

• • Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
• • Along with DDI deliverables they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.
• • Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
• • Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.
• • Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.
• • Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
• • Complete change management requirements/tasks.
• • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
• • Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
• • Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.
• • Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
• • Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.
• • Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.

• Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
• Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment. Highly desired 5 Years
• Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control. Required 5 Years
• Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle. Required 5 Years
• Experience with data entry and work order processing. Required 5 Years
• Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow. Required 5 Years
• Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers. Required 5 Years
