- Demonstrate working knowledge of Epic Cadence functionality, including:
- Decision Trees and the technical components that support them.
- Waitlist / Fast Pass functionality.
- Best-practice appointment template design and building concepts.

- Lead or coordinate change management activities associated with scheduling and workflow enhancements.
- Partner with clinic and contact center leadership to assess the operational impact of upcoming changes.
- Develop and communicate workflow changes to affected stakeholders.
- Ensure contact center schedulers, clinic staff, and other end users understand new or modified processes.
- Develop or coordinate training materials, job aids, workflow documentation, and other resources as needed.
- Support go-live readiness and provide post-implementation support to help teams successfully adopt new workflows.
