What if you could help shape how an organization experiences change? What if data, insights, and change management came together to drive better decisions and stronger engagement and adoption?

As a Change and Communication Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in helping the field navigate change. You'll partner with leaders to assess readiness, identify risks, and tell the story behind the data while creating communication and change strategies that enable successful adoption and lasting impact. This is an opportunity to combine analytics, storytelling, and strategic thinking to make a visible impact on some of the firm's most important priorities.

What You'll Do

• Drive continuous improvement of intake, scoping, and reporting processes.
• Leverage data visualization to drive strategic decisions and insights.
• Partner with leaders and teams to identify risks, integrate efforts, and drive alignment across competing initiatives.
• Lead strategic change and communication efforts for high-impact initiatives, ensuring clarity and confidence for stakeholders.
• Design and execute end-to-end strategies and tactical solutions that align with enterprise priorities and deliver a seamless experience.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing creativity and precision to the function.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or related fields.
• Strong project management and content ownership skills.
• Data analysis and visualization skills. Tableau and Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience writing in AP style and/or Smart Brevity preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, Prosci or equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to interpret stakeholder needs into strategies and deliverables

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
