At Revive Superfoods, we're on a mission to make healthy eating simple, accessible, and delicious. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Cash Management & Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team and help ensure the smooth management of our cash operations, vendor payments, and financial reconciliations.

  • About the Role
  • This position is responsible for managing daily cash flow activities, processing vendor payments, performing account reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about maintaining financial accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily cash balances and cash movements across bank accounts.
  • Prepare cash flow reports and assist with cash forecasting.
  • Process and schedule vendor payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Review invoices and ensure proper approvals and supporting documentation.
  • Support the bookkeeping team with reconcile bank accounts, payment platforms, and vendor transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reconciliation schedules.
  • Support month-end close, audits, and financial reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Cash Management, Reconciliations, or Finance Operations.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing and financial controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems is an asset.
