  • Capital Markets Analyst
  • Fox Ridge Capital is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of the Company's treasury, funding, and capital markets operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to build deep expertise in borrowing base administration, lender reporting, and collateral analytics while working closely with Originations, Portfolio Management, Accounting, and Treasury. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external banking partners.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant experience — internships, rotational programs, or entry-level finance/operations roles preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive learner with genuine interest in capital markets, treasury, and structured finance.
  • Experience implementing AI to transform personal and/or professional tasks.
  • Preferred: familiarity with SQL databases, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Salesforce; exposure to asset-based lending or equipment finance.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare borrowing base certificates and supporting collateral schedules.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly lender reporting packages and compliance certifications.
  • Reconcile collateral and portfolio data across internal systems and lender reporting templates.
  • Track facility utilization, covenant calculations, and concentration limits.
  • Coordinate and support lender audits, collateral reviews, and due diligence requests by assembling documentation.
  • Assist with cash forecasting, funding instructions, and treasury reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and reporting calendars.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and, under guidance, with lenders and banking partners.
  • Leverage AI to improve and speed up data analysis, reporting, and document review, with sound judgment about when to verify AI-generated output.
