Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payments, SWIFT messaging, Capital Markets, and Regulatory & Compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to drive strategic transformation programs, payment modernization, regulatory implementations, and operational efficiency across financial services platforms.

The candidate should possess deep domain knowledge in cross-border payments, SWIFT standards, transaction lifecycle, capital market operations, and financial regulations, along with strong analytical, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilities.

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, GAP analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for technology teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Liaise with business users, product owners, compliance teams, operations, and development teams.
• Facilitate UAT planning, test case reviews, defect management, and production support.
• Drive project governance, reporting, RAID tracking, and status communication.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BA best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Hands-on experience with Payments and SWIFT messaging standards.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets operations and trade lifecycle.
• Experience in Regulatory & Compliance projects.
• Expertise in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 migration programs.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
