We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise systems and business operations for a leading power generation organization.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Requirements gathering and documentation
✅ As-Is / To-Be process analysis
✅ Gap analysis and process improvement
✅ Power BI reporting and dashboard support
✅ System implementation and application support
✅ UAT, test case development, and stakeholder collaboration
Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
✔ Power BI experience
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with business process analysis and system implementations
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
➕ Utility, energy, power generation, or renewable energy experience
