About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and related applications to meet the evolving needs of our Finance department. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing critical business processes such as Billing, Revenue, Collection, Intercompany, and Accounting on a global scale. This position requires a collaborative mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams across different regions including the US and EMEA, in an agile environment. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing effective solutions, troubleshooting system issues, and leveraging advanced technologies like Oracle's AI to improve efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to process simplification, ensuring seamless integration and compliance across various billing and financial systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS, specifically in billing, revenue, and accounting processes.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, including international e-invoicing compliance, project and non-project billing, and invoice documentation.
  • Proficiency in administering system integrations such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Vertex, and boundary applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS applications, focusing on billing, revenue, and accounting functionalities.
  • Review and improve Order-to-Cash processes related to hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundled offers.
  • Design, own, and implement billing processes including international e-invoicing, project/non-project billing, and invoice documentation.
  • Administer system integrations with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Vertex, and other boundary applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and debug system issues, providing detailed root cause analysis and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Leverage Oracle's AI and Agentic AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and achieve better business outcomes.
  • Drive process simplification initiatives and adopt best practices to improve user experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across different regions in a fast-paced, Agile environment to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and international regulations.
