Business Systems Analyst — Manufacturing ERP
St. Louis, MO - Depending on experience, remote work with periodic travel to St. Louis/locations may be considered.

Compensation - $120-$1230K salary

Key liaison between manufacturing operations, plant users, and the IT team, helping to understand business needs, improve processes, and maximize the value of its ERP technology.
Requires experience working with manufacturing ERP systems and a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.

Required Qualifications
7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
2+ years experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.
Understanding of manufacturing business processes and operations.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
Ability to work directly with business users and manufacturing/plant personnel.
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn business processes and technology.
Willingness to travel to manufacturing locations approximately once per month.
