Business Systems Analyst (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst for an onsite role in Nashville, TN. This is a contract-to-hire position.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated IT business analysis experience within the healthcare domain, with a preference for Medicare and/or Medicaid systems
• Experience with:
• -Supporting or integrating Automated Processing Systems (API)
• -Electronic Data Systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solutions
• Familiarity with AWS and/or cloud-based platforms and services
• Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
• Exposure to AI tools or solutions, particularly in process automation, analytics, or decision support
• Proficiency in Visio and Excel

Key Responsibilities:

• Defines customer needs in technical and business contexts
• Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customers’ objectives for the work effort
• Provide guidance with planning and prioritization of business support-related activities

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job-related field
• Two or more active professional certifications: PMP certification, CBAP certification, and/or SAFe Scaled Agile Certification
• Candidate should have one of the following certifications active from an accredited organization: CSPO, A-CSPO, PMI-ACP, CSP-PO
