Business Systems Analyst (NO C2C PLEASE)

• Location: Pontiac, MI Onsite 2 days a week
• Type: Contract Long term
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 2 days onsite per week.

• We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support infrastructure technology projects across Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.
• Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvements.
• Support data analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and user training.
• Develop technical requirements, procedures, RFPs, and project deliverables.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective technology solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication and customer focus.
• Requirements
• 5+ years of Business/System Analyst experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365/M365 experience.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and customer-service mindset.
