Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master (MRO Domain)

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master with hands-on MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) experience to support enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, perform AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, create user stories and functional specifications, lead UAT, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Strong expertise in MRO operations, maintenance planning, supply chain, supplier management, inventory optimization, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder management is required. Experience with digital transformation and workflow automation (WEBCON or similar) is a plus.
