SKILLS REQUIRED

• Primary (Must-Have):
• • Strong Business Systems Analyst experience with expertise in business analysis | requirements gathering | stakeholder management.
• • Experience in creating executive-level presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and steering committee content.
• • Solid understanding of integration concepts, including system interactions, data flows, and cross-functional dependencies.
• • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and executive-facing documentation.

Secondary (Good to Have):

• • Prior hands-on technical experience as a Developer, Quality Engineer/Test Engineer, or Technical Analyst.
• • Knowledge of AI concepts and emerging technologies.
• • Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and application security principles.
• • Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Operating within the Banking & Financial Services vertical and reporting directly to project leadership, the Business Systems Analyst will drive critical integration initiatives. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and enterprise strategy, resolving complex system dependencies and aligning cross-functional deliverables to achieve core business objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement review sessions.
• • Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and leadership meeting content.
• • Collaborate with business and technology teams to support integration initiatives.
• • Support project delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
