- Senior Business Systems Analyst – ERP and Treasury
- Position Overview
- We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Treasury Systems and Transformation initiatives involving global treasury cash applications, financial systems, process automation, controls, and ERP enhancements.
- The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury Operations, Finance, IT, project management, and business stakeholders to deliver technology and process improvements while ensuring the integrity, quality, and reliability of financial data.
- This role will support both new and existing applications and processes, including application implementations, ERP onboarding, system enhancements, steady-state support, troubleshooting, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide Business Systems Analysis support to Treasury and Finance stakeholders by defining and refining business and technical requirements.
- Analyze and document data transformations, process re-engineering, automation opportunities, and system configurations.
- Support functional and systems integration testing, including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
- Work closely with technical teams to communicate business requirements, clarify specifications, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders and management.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including functional and technical design specifications.
- Lead testing activities by developing test plans, test matrices, and executing functional/system integration testing.
- Ensure defects and issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved within required timelines.
- Manage small to medium-sized initiatives as required, following established project management methodologies.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and root-cause investigations for production issues.
- Support ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of production applications and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Treasury and Finance processes.
- Work professionally with business users and stakeholders to provide high-quality service.
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst within Treasury Cash Management and/or Finance.
- Strong understanding of Treasury, cash management, and financial processes.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
- Experience with functional testing and systems integration testing.
- Experience supporting process automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and performing detailed analysis.
- Ability to independently learn new systems and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
- Flexible and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx.
- Experience with citizen development / low-code automation tools.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Experience with Treasury application infrastructure and cash management systems.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects or initiatives.

- The ideal candidate is a Senior Business Analyst with strong Treasury/Finance domain expertise who can bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. They should be comfortable working across requirements gathering, process improvement, automation, testing, implementation, production support, and stakeholder management.
