About The Position

BiyaheKo PH is adding a Business Systems Analyst to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. In this position, you will analyze business requirements, processes, and systems and translate them into workable improvements. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Your Day-to-Day

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business problems, process requirements, data needs, and expected outcomes in the Business Systems Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Document current and future workflows, requirements, business rules, integrations, and acceptance criteria as part of the Business Systems Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Analyze system behavior, process gaps, data issues, or configuration needs and recommend practical solutions across travel booking and agent support in this Business Systems Analyst position.
• Support configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-launch issue resolution for the BiyaheKo PH team as part of Business Systems Analyst work.
• Maintain requirements, process maps, decision logs, test evidence, and system documentation while supporting travel booking and agent support in the Business Systems Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Translate between business and technical teams so requirements, constraints, and priorities remain clear as part of day-to-day Business Systems Analyst responsibilities at BiyaheKo PH.

• Strong requirements-gathering, process-analysis, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills for the Business Systems Analyst opening at BiyaheKo PH.
• Comfort working with business systems, data, integrations, testing, and issue-tracking tools.
• Ability to break complex problems into clear requirements and testable outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and disciplined documentation.
• Experience with process mapping, systems analysis, or business analysis is preferred.
