Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the willingness and ability to work onsite in Washington DC, five days a week, to effectively support project needs and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit detailed requirements from stakeholders and support the design, implementation, and daily operations of a modern enterprise technology asset inventory, integrating Asset Management and Service Management practices.
  • Maintain both new and legacy technology inventory platforms by tracking assets, supporting lifecycle processes, curating data, and implementing quality assurance, data quality controls, and data integrity routines.
  • Conduct basic analysis of technology inventory data, develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights or recommendations to enhance data accuracy, usability, and decision-making readiness.
  • Serve as a liaison with stakeholders, assisting users with technical and program inquiries, and gathering evolving needs for system enhancements and improvements.
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, standards, guides, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support Business Intelligence (BI) enablement, data standardization efforts, and BI reporting related to technology inventory management.
