- Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Map workflows for corporate, commercial, and select regulated systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Write Agile user stories and acceptance criteria for both non-validated and validated software applications.
- Agile Participation: Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
- Validation Collaboration: Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure relevant systems comply with GxP regulations.
- System Testing: Author test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for validated systems. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.
- GxP Awareness: Good understanding of GxP guidelines, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.
- Agile Skills: Proficient with Jira and Confluence for tracking sprint deliverables and documentation
- Technical Skills: Experience with data mapping, system integrations, and SQLn SQL queries, and understand system integrations.
