Business System Analyst - SBOM

• Role : BSA - SBOM
• Location : Toronto ON Canada - Day 1 Onsite

• We are seeking a BSA - SBOM with 5+ years of experience to join our CNI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining SBOM use cases, gathering requirements, and coordinating stakeholders.
• In this role, you will define SBOM use cases, gather and document requirements, and coordinate stakeholders across security, engineering, and procurement to support end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis
• • Use Case Definition: Define SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) use cases and business requirements.
• • Requirements Gathering: Gather, document, and analyze requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• • Process Design: Design workflows and processes for SBOM implementation.

• Stakeholder Coordination
• • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate stakeholders across security, engineering, and procurement.
• • Communication: Create and deliver communications to affected teams and stakeholders.
• • Alignment: Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

• Additional Responsibilities
• • Thinkst Canary Support: Support Thinkst Canary deployment in cloud beyond the initial VMC environment deployment.
• • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• • Reporting: Track and report on project progress and key metrics.

• Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
• • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in security domain.
• • SBOM Knowledge: Understanding of Software Bill of Materials concepts and use cases.
• • Security Awareness: Familiarity with security tools and deployment processes.
• • Documentation: Strong requirements documentation and analysis skills.

• • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships across security, engineering, and procurement.
• • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to documentation and tracking.
