Business System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation of Auxilius and Coupa across Finance and Procurement. This role will partner with business stakeholders, implementation teams, and IT to gather requirements, support solution design, create test plans, and execute end-to-end testing.

• Key Responsibilitie
• sGather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements across Finance, Procurement, AP, and Clinical Operations
• .Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to define current and future-state workflows
• .Create BRDs, URSs, process flows, user stories, use cases, and other project documentation
• .Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure system design aligns with business needs
• .Identify process improvement and automation opportunities enabled by Auxilius and Coupa
• .Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• .Validate system configurations, integrations, data migration, workflows, and reporting outputs
• .Document defects, track testing results, and support issue resolution
• .Support UAT, training, change management, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
• .Maintain project documentation in line with company and regulatory standards

• nsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienc
• e.5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in enterprise software implementation
• s.Strong experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, and end-to-end testin
• g.Experience supporting SaaS implementations and cross-functional business team
• s.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill
• s.Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or Azure DevOp
