Business System Analyst - Retail Trading

Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Business System Analyst for a long-term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid).

Our client is a Canadian multinational financial services company and the largest bank in Canada by market capitalization. The bank serves over 17 million clients and has more than 89,000 employees worldwide. Bank is serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services.

• Title: BSA- Retail Trading
• Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 4 Days onsite/week)
• Contract to Hire
• Client: Banking/Financial

Must have:

• Retail Trading – Strong knowledge of advisor and discount brokerage experience across asset classes ( Equities, Options, Bonds, Money Market, GIC, Mutual Funds, FX).
• Strong understanding of Order management, Trade bookkeeping & Settlement processes.
• Expertise in Account Positions, Commission Calc, Realtime position, Margin Calculations and Fund Transfers.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Mapping data.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Broadridge Financial Systems
• Capital markets domain experience in lieu of retail/ wealth
