We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a strong process and continuous improvement mindset to support operational effectiveness across our business. This role requires a systems thinker with sharp analytical skills and a collaborative approach—someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and system functionality, enabling sustainable improvements through data-driven decision-making.
This is not a traditional technical or data-heavy role. Instead, it focuses on understanding workflows, identifying root causes, and driving functional improvements across departments. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

- Support and suggest improvements based on how business activities interact with system capabilities.
- No coding or development required—this role is system-oriented, not technical.

- Interrogate operational data and dashboards to identify areas needing intervention (e.g., aged WIP, stalled inventory).
- Define, monitor, and interpret KPIs and metrics tied to process health.
- Help implement changes based on leading/lagging indicators to drive efficiency and reduce issues.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead or support cross-functional working sessions with multiple departments to gather input, surface issues, and propose solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business units and system administrators to ensure process alignment.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive a culture of ongoing improvement by identifying root causes and establishing preventative measures.
- Help departments measure and validate the effectiveness of changes through appropriate KPI tracking.

- Impact: Your work helps drive operational efficiency and overall business success, with direct impact on executive decision-making.
- Exposure: This is a high-visibility role across operations and leadership, where exceptional work is both noticed and rewarded.
- Fast-Growing Organization: Join a company where manufacturing demand is increasing and opportunities expand with it.
- Stable Aerospace Industry: Work in a high-precision, long-term manufacturing environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years in a business analyst, process analyst, or continuous improvement role.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel

- Experience with KPI development and operational dashboards.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and inquisitive with strong critical thinking skills.
