Business System Analyst

• Qualifications:
• • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict, resolve issues proactively, and adapt to diverse teams and situations.
• • Proven leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and principles, with strong technical and analytical skills.
• • Experience managing large-scale IAM programs, including lifecycle management and entitlement reviews.
• • Familiarity with IAM platforms, preferably SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud, IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
• • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years managing complex, multi-system or multi-department projects.
• • Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements related to identity and access management.
• Preferred:
• • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• • Experience in the insurance of financial services industry.
• • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, NYDFS or HIPAA as they relate to IAM.
