Required Skills & Experience

• - 8-10+ years experience as a BSA in business analysis, requirement gathering, process optimization, workflow automation in financial industry
• - Domain experience
• - Corporate Cash Management / Global Transaction Banking (deposits & liquidity management, payments)
• - Billing workflow (pricing, fee calculation, dispute resolution, statements, accounting postings)
• - Strong and fluent communication, being able to communicate complex concepts with clarity
• - Strong Agile delivery – clear user stories, scrum ceremonies (scrums, refinement sessions, sprint planning, dev & QA collaboration, retros), acceptance criteria writing etc
• - Experience as lead BA role on project
• - Experience as BA on a greenfield project
• - Proven experience as an Agile BSA on Agile delivery project
• - Highly skilled at requirements gathering, future state design & writing functional solution specifications
• - Skilled at building workflows, process re-engineering and optimization, and data & process mapping

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support strategic initiatives within the Corporate Cash Management and Global Transaction Banking space. This role will focus on business analysis, process optimization, workflow design, and functional solution delivery across key banking functions including deposits and liquidity management, payments, pricing and billing processes, fee calculation, dispute management, client statements, and accounting postings.

The ideal candidate combines strong transaction banking domain expertise with exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills. They will partner closely with business, technology, operations, and product teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions while driving delivery within an Agile environment.
