The largest trucking manufacturing company in North America, is seeking a technical and process-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support business readiness, system validation, and cross-functional coordination across key platforms and transformation initiatives. This individual will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, product and system subject matter experts, and technical delivery teams. They will translate business processes and requirements into clear technical requirements, workflows, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria. The immediate focus will be supporting PRISM migration activities and Excelerator functionality which are both legacy systems for the client.

Must Haves
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting business applications, software implementations, systems testing, or process improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting warranty, dealer-facing, sales, CRM, or other enterprise business systems.
Experience with PRISM, OWL, or a comparable warranty or legacy business platform.
Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Hands-on experience creating and executing structured test cases, documenting expected versus actual results, and managing defects through resolution.
Experience with user acceptance testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, and post-deployment validation.
Experience coordinating work across technical teams, business partners, subject matter experts, and third-party vendors.
Ability to understand both business processes and technical system behavior.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard Microsoft 365 tools.

Pluses
Experience with PRISM migration activities or Excelerator functionality.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, dealer-facing platforms, subscription platforms, or comparable enterprise systems.
Familiarity with data validation, APIs, system integrations, and integrated business processes.
Experience creating process maps, standard work, training materials, or operational documentation.
