• Role Overview
• We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications across UI, API, and data layers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements covering:
• UI (User Interface design & workflows)
• API (integration requirements, endpoints, data exchange)
• Data (data models, mappings, and transformations)
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Work within Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements
• Support development and QA teams during build, testing, and deployment phases
• Participate in UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
• Identify process improvements and recommend efficient system solutions

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements (UI, API, Data)
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum ceremonies, user stories, backlog management)
• Understanding of system architecture concepts and integration patterns
• Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman) is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with enterprise applications or complex systems
• Exposure to data modeling, SQL, or data analysis
• Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Telecom (preferred but not mandatory)
