The job is located at Westlake, TX or Smithfield, RI. This job requires onsite participation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, system workflows, and application functionality to identify requirements and solution options.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, document, and refine requirements.
  • Create and maintain user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct data analysis, data mapping, gap analysis, impact assessments, and support solution design discussions.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Support testing activities, including test case reviews, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
  • Track requirements, dependencies, risks, and decisions using Jira and Confluence.
  • Assist with system enhancements, integrations, releases, and production support activities as needed.
  • Required Skills
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, batch processing, and cloud-based applications (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, data mapping, and impact analysis.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Financial Services experience preferred.
