- Role Description The Business Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role located in Sioux Falls, SD. This role supports business operations by analyzing processes, identifying efficiencies, and assisting with the implementation of improvements across departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and interpreting business and financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to help guide decision-making. The analyst collaborates with team members to document workflows, troubleshoot operational issues, and support system enhancements or new initiatives. The role also involves clear communication with stakeholders, assisting with training materials, and ensuring that business processes align with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data and support strategic decisions.
