Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to support enterprise transformation initiatives within a leading homeowners association and SaaS solutions organization. The successful candidate will document current business processes, assess legacy systems, and develop actionable insights that facilitate seamless transitions to corporate-approved platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, drive strategic change, and contribute to large-scale operational improvements in a stable, growth-oriented company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business process analysis, value stream mapping, or operating model documentation
• Experience supporting large-scale transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or system migrations
• Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies during complex change initiatives
• Excellent communication skills to produce clear, executive-ready documentation
• Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments and engaging with senior leaders
• Ability to analyze complex operational environments with multiple legacy systems

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end business processes and value streams in a current (“as-is”) state
• Assess existing legacy applications, systems, and platforms used within branches
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and constraints for transitioning to new corporate systems
• Synthesize findings into process maps, narratives, impact summaries, and risk assessments for executive decision-making
• Collaborate with process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to validate insights and assumptions
• Support transition planning activities, including sequencing and risk analysis
• Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the VP, owning documentation and discovery activities
